Terms of Use for ColorDood

1) Agreement

By downloading, accessing, or using the ColorDood mobile application (the “App”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2) App license

ColorDood grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial entertainment and coloring purposes, subject to these Terms and applicable law.

3) Subscriptions and purchases

The App may offer subscriptions (including auto-renewable subscriptions) that unlock premium features. Subscription purchases are processed through your app store and are subject to the relevant app store terms.

Premium features are optional. You can continue using the App without subscribing, and the free version may include advertising.

4) Acceptable use

• - You agree not to attempt to modify, reverse engineer, or disrupt the App.
• - You agree to use the App in a manner consistent with applicable age and privacy laws.
• - You agree not to misuse advertising, purchases, or reward features.

5) No account requirement

ColorDood is designed to work without creating an account. Information needed for ad suitability is stored locally on your device.

6) Disclaimer

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ColorDood disclaims liability for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7) Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the App after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
